The updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.

The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the operational headquarters located in Via De’ Conti 3 Florence (FI) and is handled only by the appointed Data Processor or by technical personnel in charge of and instructed in the processing. No data derived from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

Retention period

The appropriate retention period is defined in relation to the purposes and compliance with applicable legal obligations or for the legitimate interest of the controller. In particular, the retention of data for the purposes mentioned above will have a duration of 2 years after the cessation of any other communication.
The data relating to navigation logs, if recorded, will be kept by the Data Controller for a period of 12 months. We also inform you that the data you provide will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us and further retained exclusively for the period required for compliance with legal obligations, provided that it is not necessary to retain them further to defend or assert a right or to comply with any additional legal obligations or orders from the Authorities.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Users can exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, the User has the right to:

• Obtain limitation of processing. The User can request the limitation of the processing of their Data according to Art. 18 of GDPR 679/2016, in case certain conditions apply, and limit the Data Controller to data storage only.
• Obtain erasure or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, the User can request the erasure of their Data by the Controller according to Art. 17 of GDPR 679/2016.
• Receive their Data or have it transferred to another controller. The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transferred without hindrance to another controller according to Art. 20 of GDPR 679/2016.
• Lodge a complaint. The User can lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action according to Art. 13 of GDPR 679/2016.
How to exercise your rights
At any time, the data subject can exercise their rights by writing to the Data Controller via email at studio@davirroducci.it, or by using the forms available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within one month. If the need should actually arise, the data subject can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority using the forms available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
