Attorney MICHELE D’AVIRRO

He obtained his law degree from the University of Florence and has been practicing law for over 15 years.

During his professional career, he has deepened his study of issues related to environmental crimes, tax and bankruptcy offenses, assisting both individuals and legal entities.

He has gained extensive experience, also as a consultant, in the fields of corporate criminal law and administrative liability of entities for criminal offenses.
In light of the expertise acquired in this area, he has been appointed as a member of Supervisory Board of several companies and has participated in the preparation and updating of Organization and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

He is the author of publications and articles in legal journals and has participated as a speaker in conferences on topics related to economic criminal law.

He has taught courses and seminars at the School for the training of Criminal Lawyers of the Criminal Chamber of Florence.
