Attorney ANTONIO D’AVIRRO

He has been practicing as a lawyer for over thirty-five years, primarily dealing with tax, bankruptcy, and corporate crimes.

He is the author of numerous publications and articles on matters concerning criminal law in economics.

Although his scientific activity has mainly focused on substantive criminal law issues, the experience gained during his professional career has allowed Attorney D’Avirro to deepen his knowledge of criminal procedure.

He is part of the editorial board of the Quarterly Journal of Economic Criminal Law and has been a member of the Nordio parliamentary commission for the drafting of the Criminal Code.

Atty. D’Avirro has also given numerous lectures and seminars at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions (Faculty of Law, University of Florence), at the School of Specialization of the Criminal Chambers of Tuscany, and at the Luiss University in Rome, dealing in particular with tax, corporate, and bankruptcy crimes, defamation through the press, and sports justice.

Among the national recognitions received, it is worth noting that “Atty. D” Avirro, in the years 2014-2015-2016, was included by the “Top Legal Guide” as a “protagonist with widespread recognition” among professionals expert in banking/financial/tax criminal law, and as a “protagonist with focused recognition” in corporate/commercial criminal law.
