He primarily deals with tax crimes, bankruptcy offenses, environmental crimes, and financial market offenses.
He is the author of publications and articles in legal journals on matters related to economic criminal law.
He has participated in conferences as a speaker and has taught in the Post-Graduate Advanced Course in Tax Criminal Law
established by the University of Florence.
During his professional career, he has held the position of member of the “Supervisory Body, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01, in important joint-stock companies”.
