He has been collaborating with D’Avirro-Ducci Law Firm since 2000.
He primarily deals with crimes related to workplace accident prevention, environmental, urban planning and construction offenses, protection of copyright and industrial property in general, as well as crimes concerning the protection of cultural heritage and landscape as per Legislative Decree 42/2004.
Throughout his professional career, he has assisted and defended companies and corporate groups in matters of corporate and tax crimes.
In the area of codified crimes, he deals with offenses against property through fraud, against Public Administration, against public faith and industry and commerce.
Aware of the growing importance of data processing activities in organizing business operations, he has dedicated himself to studying the implementation of the new European Regulation on the right to personal data protection and cybersecurity.
