Has been collaborating with Studio D’Avirro Ducci since 1993.

She graduated in Law with top honors (110 cum laude out of 110) from the University of Florence with a thesis in Criminal Law.

She has been and is currently engaged in professional activities in criminal proceedings for offenses such as defamation through the press, corruption and crimes against Public Administration in general, financial violations, environmental crimes, medical liability, and workplace accidents. Food-related crimes, crimes against the person, and offenses related to the highway code.

She has assisted public officials and private individuals, natural persons and legal entities, such as newspapers, credit institutions, large-scale retail companies, and private enterprises.

She is the author of publications on crimes against Public Administration and tax crimes.

She has participated as a speaker at conferences on the crime of defamation through the press, on matters concerning economic criminal law, and on crimes related to workplace safety.

She has taught at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions – University of Florence and in courses and seminars organized by the AIGA Association for the training of criminal lawyers.
