Attorney CHIARA BENTIVEGNA
Has been collaborating with D’Avirro Ducci studio for over ten years.
She graduated from the “University of Florence Law School with a thesis in International Criminal Law, and in 2007 obtained a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from the Italian Society for” International Organization based in Rome.
During her professional career, she has gained particular experience in corporate, tax, bankruptcy, banking, environmental crimes, and offenses against Public Administration, also providing ongoing consultancy to companies, and in matters of construction law and international law.
She has deepened her experience in criminal legislation related to narcotics, prison law, and criminal enforcement.
She has taught annual courses on Voluntary Jurisdiction, also serving as a Support Administrator at the Guardianship Judge of Florence, and semester-long courses on Labor Law.
She has participated as a speaker at conferences on Criminal Law.
