roles and outlining the tasks and responsibilities that characterize them.<br \/>\nThe volume, in the first part dedicated to the \u201cprivate company, starts from the\u201d analysis of the \u201cemployer\u201d, a central figure in this matter, as the primary subject responsible for the protection of workers&#8217; health and safety, and then examines other figures who assume a significant role, such as managers, supervisors, work managers, and coordinators.<\/p>\n<p>Particular attention is given to the \u201cinstitution of the delegation of functions through which the employer can divest himself of responsibilities, transferring them to the manager or supervisor. Regarding public administration, which is the subject of the second part of the volume, the issue of identifying the employer is first addressed, with the related problems of responsibility of the\u201d top management and the delegation of functions, and then the subjective positions in the most significant sectors of the Public Administration are analyzed in detail.
