representing the public interest.<\/p>\n<p>Within the scope of these types of crimes, the Legislator has not only broadened the horizons of criminal protection to relations with European Union member countries and with the EU Institutions themselves, through the introduction of Art. 316-bis of the Criminal Code, amended by Law No. 181\/1992, aimed at suppressing fraud subsequent to the disbursement of public benefits, but has also introduced, with Art. 322-bis of the Criminal Code, provisions to prevent so-called international corruption   <\/p>\n<p>The judicial and extrajudicial assistance that the Studio provides to companies and individuals involved in this area of criminal law reflects the years of experience gained in the sector, with particular reference to crimes of
